Ingredients
-
4 ½ Cups Raw, Whole Almonds
-
3 Tbsp. Hot Water
-
1 tsp. Salt
-
1 ½ Tbsp. OTSS Parmesan Garlic Popcorn Seasoning
-
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
-
OTSS Garlic Salt or California Garlic Pepper to Taste
Directions
Heat oven to 375°, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place raw almonds in a large mixing bowl.
Stir salt and popcorn mix into hot water until dissolved. Pour over nuts in the bowl and mix to coat. Transfer nuts to prepared baking sheet, spread nuts in a single layer.
Bake for about 8 minutes, stir well and spread back to single layer. Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes. Nuts should be browned, but watch them as they can burn easily.
When nuts are done, put them back into large bowl. Add olive oil and toss, shake in garlic salt to taste.
Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
