Spice-Roasted Chickpea Crunch
Description: These crispy, flavorful chickpeas are the perfect snack or salad topper! Infused with a fiery blend of spices, they offer a satisfying crunch and a burst of heat in every bite.
Use Ideas:
2 Cans Chickpeas
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Ground Coriander
½ tsp. Chili Blend Powder
½ tsp. Smoked Sweet Paprika
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/8 tsp. Cayenne
1 tsp. Salt
Heat oven to 425°. Rinse chickpeas in colander, pat dry with paper towels. Remove as many loose skins as possible.
Place chickpeas in bowl, add olive oil stir well to coast. Place chickpeas on parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with spice mix. Bake 10 minutes, toss well, bake 10 minutes more. Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
