Smokey, Cheesy Rauchbier Dip
A smoky and savory delight! This unique dip combines the rich flavor of cheddar and mozzarella with the malty, smoky notes of rauchbier, a German smoked beer. Perfect for a game day party, potluck, or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

12 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

6 oz. Rauchbier Beer (Smoked Beer)

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. Whole Grain Mustard

½ tsp. Roasted Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Kosher salt

3 Tbsp. Hopped Up Seasoning Rauchbier
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, stirring often.
Once cheeses are melted, continue heating until it starts to bubble, turn heat to low and stir until desired thickness.
Remove from heat and serve with pretzels, bread, vegetables, pasta or meat.
