How to Use:

Directions
Slice vanilla beans in half lengthwise to reveal inside of beans.
Scrape inside of beans and place “caviar” in bottle.
Cut beans if needed to make them fit into your jar.
Place beans in glass jar.
Pour alcohol over the beans.
Cap tightly and shake gently.
Shake weekly for 2-3 months, after which it is ready to use.
Store in cool, dark place.
As you use the vanilla top off with more alcohol to keep beans submerged. Every 3 months or so replace beans with new beans.
