Ingredients

2 lbs boneless/skinless or bone-in/skin-on chicken thighs

1 ounce Old Town Spice Shop Backyard Brew Marinade

½ cup Pilsner beer or water

3-4 dashes of low-sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsp. neutral oil

2 Tbsp. white or apple cider vinegar

Kosher salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Fresh or dried parsley flakes for garnish
Directions
Prepare chicken thighs as needed to grill.
Mix OTSS Backyard Brew Marinade, beer or water, soy sauce, oil and vinegar.
Marinate meat for at least 15 minutes or overnight for extra flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place chicken thighs directly on the grill grates; grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
Garnish with parsley.
