Introducing our new Room 217 Ghost Sauce, part of the Brewhouse Sauces Collection. This sauce draws inspiration from the haunted Room 217 at The Stanley Hotel, known for influencing Stephen King’s "The Shining." It's perfect for adding a spicy kick to chicken wings, boneless wings, or chicken tenders.

1 tbsp avocado oil (or another neutral oil)

Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Ranch Dip
Prepare Old Town Spice Shop's Ranch Dip and Dressing mix according to the package instructions in a separate bowl for dipping and refrigerate overnight.
- While it’s best to refrigerate overnight, you can also mix 1 ounce of dip mix with 8 ounces of sour cream and refrigerate for at least one hour. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 3: Prepare the Chicken
Dry the chicken wings well with a paper towel to remove any extra moisture. Add salt, white pepper, garlic powder, baking powder, and neutral oil to the wings in a bowl. Mix everything until the wings are well coated.
Step 4: Arrange and Air Fry the Chicken
Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer and cook them at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- After that, flip the wings and cook for another 8 to 12 minutes at the same temperature, depending on their size, until the skin turns golden brown and becomes crispy.
- Work in batches to cook the remaining wings.
Step 5: Prepare the Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix Old Town Spice Shop's Room 217 Ghost Sauce with a small amount of melted butter.
Step 6: Toss the Chicken in Sauce
Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared Ghost Sauce over the chicken and toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
Step 11: Serve and Enjoy!
Serve with fresh veggies and the prepared ranch dressing for dipping.
