8 oz. Sweet Italian Sausage

¾ tsp Ginger Paste

1 small Minced Shallot

¼ cup Finely Chopped Water Chestnuts

2 tsp. Soy Sauce

1 ½ tsp. Dried Cilantro

½ cup Ketchup

1-2 Tbsp. Korean Dry Rub

2 Tbsp. Dark Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 tsp. Garlic Paste

1 tsp. Ginger Paste

½ tsp. Sesame Oil

Directions
Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs on foil lined sheet pan. Cook meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned. When cooked, remove from pan. Glaze or serve with Spicy Korean Ketchup.
Korean Ketchup:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
