Ingredients

¾ Cup Butter, Softened

1 Cup Sugar

1 Large Egg (Room Temp)

¼ Cup Molasses

2 ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

3 ½ tsp. OTSS Gingerbread Spice

¼ tsp. Salt
-
Additional sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Beat in egg and molasses.
Add in flour, baking soda, gingerbread spice and salt.
Roll dough into 1 ½ inch balls and roll in additional sugar.
Bake 2 inches apart on a ungreased baking sheet until lightly brown and puffy (approx. 10-12 min.)
Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
