- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Arrange two cans of crescent roll triangles on a prepared baking sheet with all the points pointing outward. Make sure the shortest sides of the triangles slightly overlap to create an empty circle about 6 inches wide in the middle.
- Spoon cooled, seasoned taco meat in the center.
- Fold the tops of the triangles over the filling (it’s okay if some pokes out).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Fill the center with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, and fill a bowl with shredded cheese for the final topping.

- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Use a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter to shape the tortillas, and carefully hand-carve the eyes and mouth with a knife.
