Wonderfully complex with a spicy aroma, this chai is great to warm up even the coldest night.
Bring 1 1/3 cups (325ml) of water to a boil. Add 1 level TBSP (3.5g) of chai spices, then add 1 heaping TBSP (7g) of Assam Tea. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes, strain immediately. Stir in 1 TBSP (17g) of sugar. Heat with equal parts milk and enjoy!
