Ingredients

1 lb. Thick Cut Bacon

1 Tbsp. Hot Honey Dust

1 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
On a foil-lined baking tray, set a wire cooling rack. Set this aside for the moment.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and the hot honey dust. Place slices of bacon into the mix and press down on both sides to coat with the sugar mix, then transfer to the wire cooling rack on the baking sheet.
Take the baking sheet and put it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar has melted.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes, then take a pair of tongs and remove the bacon and set it onto a piece of parchment to cool fully, then enjoy!
Recipe Note
You can use light brown sugar for this recipe, but I prefer the stronger molasses edge from dark brown sugar.
