Tzatziki is a salted yogurt and cucumber dip used widely in parts of Southern Europe and the Middle East. Add 1 oz (2 Tbsp) of Tzatziki Dip Mix to 1 cup of Greek Yogurt with 1 finely chopped cucumber. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 30 min and serve with fresh veggies, pita or falafel.
