Shawarma Spice Mix Description:

Classic Shawarma:
- As described, marinate 2 lbs of your chosen meat with 3 tbsp of our Shawarma Spice Mix, 1/3 cup olive oil, and 1/4 cup lemon juice or white vinegar.
- Marinate for 2-24 hours.
