Chamomile Flowers
Whole Chamomile Flowers are used alone or in combination with other herbs and spices to make tea blends. Add the flowers to salad dressings, soups, stews and teas.
Use 1 TSP per 6 oz of water. Bring water to just short of boiling (160-180 degrees F). Steep tea for 3+ minutes, testing as you go. Steeping too long will result in a bitter tea.
