Shawarma Seasoning
Shawarma is a Middle Eastern sandwich made with chicken, lamb or beef that is thinly sliced and served on flat bread with pickles or vegetables. Our Shawarma Seasoning is a delicious balance of savory spices with hints of citrus, ginger and cardamom for authentic Arab flavor. Add 3 Tbsp of Shawarma Seasoning, 1/3 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup white vinegar or lemon juice (optional) to 2 lbs of meat. Marinate for 2-24 hours, then grill or pan fry.
